Switchfoot released a single called
Rebuild on their website.
Rebuild fits into the bigger picture of Switchfoot's involvement with Habitat for Humanity. You have to
enter your email address to reach the download page for the song. When you're there, you have the option of donating money to HFH, donating time, or just downloading the song no strings attached.
The song includes vocals by Matt Theissen of Relient K, who toured with Swtichfoot on the
Appetite For Construction Tour.

It's exciting to see more and more Christian bands getting involved in humanitarian efforts.

I'm excited too.
I like that Jars of Clay started
Blood:Water Mission, which has two goals: clean water for Africa, and clean blood (free of HIV) for its people.
Thrice just released
The Alchemy Index: Fire and Water, which they gave a portion of each album sold to Blood:Water Mission. Previously, Thrice promoted
Invisible Children, which raised awareness of African children being kidnapped and forced to be soldiers.
