Links are already bold (and turn red with an under and above line on mouseover). What else can I do to help them stand out more?

Umm...well, on my computer, it looks the same (& adds an underline on mouseover). Maybe it's different in IE than in Firefox...?
Edit: Oh, and also, I'm using the X2 layout.

Yeah, they're just normal text in IE. The word-wrap is all wonky with IE too. Shrug.
