I've been eagerly awaiting this competition since John August announced it on his blog early this summer.  

For his new movie, the Nines, August put together a competition to edit together a trailer for the film.  He's made footage available online.  

Movie-goers recognize August's recent work which includes screenwriting Corpse Bride, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Big Fish

The bad news is that I missed this post a few days ago, and the deadline is tomorrow morning at 6 am PDT

Looks like I'll be burning the midnight oil tonight!

The Sims!  They took the control panel from the Sims!  And the diamond thingies!

They actually changed the diamonds to numbers because they looked too much like the Sims.  Here's the new clip.
