The Swing the Sickle Forum is up and running on
DreamHost. I've installed
E-Blah 10.2.5, the latest stable version of E-Blah. I chose E-Blah because the developer uses it as a platform to minister and share his faith.
The forum is public. Anyone can read the posts, but they will need to register and login to post.

You can customize many aspects of your forum experience by clicking the Member Center link at the top of the forum. Preferences under the Private Messaging heading in the left navigation bar allows you to choose whether you receive an email or not when someone PMs you. Board Settings under the Personal Forum Preferences heading in the left navigation bar has all kind of options including hiding your email address from other forum members. You can use the Time Settings link right underneath that to configure the times on the forum to show in your local time zone.
