Apparently, the world is going to end then.  Everyone seems to know this because...that's when the ancient Mayan calendar ends.  Coincidence?  They think not.

Aw, man.  I was hoping we'd at least make it to 2015, when we'll have hoverboards and flying cars.

I saw a great dramatization about what the end of the world will look like on Dec 21, 2012. It was a family getting ready for Christmas, and things started attacking the family. The pets mauled the children. Kitchen appliances tormented the wife, and the husband was strangled by his tie in the fax machine.

Thank God the world ends in 2012! If it lasts any longer, Hollywood may make yet another Rocky and Rambo film.

And another Indiana Jones film!

you know, I think my friend was talking about the end of the world either being in 2050 or 2012. because Jesus said "I will be with you to the end of the eon" eon translated means age  (not eternity) and when he said it it was in the age of pythese (wow how do you spell that anyways), the fish god. I guess that age ends on one of these dates.
